CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give at least [24] hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Your first two late cancellations or no-shows are free — no charge, no deposit. After that, a 30% deposit is required to book your appointment. The deposit isn’t an extra fee: it’s applied to your service total, so you only pay the balance at the end. Deposits transfer to a new date with [24] hours notice, but are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Booking with Irene Nails means you accept this policy.
